What makes iCommunify Jobs different from Handshake, LinkedIn, or Indeed?

iCommunify Jobs is built specifically for student and early-career hiring. LinkedIn and Indeed are broad-market platforms. How much does iCommunify Jobs cost for employers?

Basic is $350 one-time and includes 1 job posting for 30 days. Pro is $600 one-time and includes 3 job postings for 45 days each. Enterprise is Custom contact us for employers that want deeper workflows, proactive outreach, and more tailored recruiting support.

Is employer pricing one-time or subscription-based?

Basic and Pro are one-time packages based on the current shared package definitions. Enterprise is a custom Contact us conversation.

How do we post a job on iCommunify Jobs?

Create an employer account, complete onboarding, choose a package, then publish your role with job details, hiring context, and an optional video URL. After the post is live, your team can review applicants and message candidates from the same platform.

Can we add a video to a job post?

Yes. Employers can include an optional video URL today to make the role and company feel more real to candidates. Direct video upload is planned next and will be available soon.

Can our hiring team collaborate in one account?

Yes. Companies can invite team members and assign roles so recruiters, hiring managers, and company admins can collaborate without sharing a single login.

Can employers message candidates directly?

Yes. Messaging is part of the employer workflow, which helps promising candidates move faster from application to conversation.

What candidate information can employers review?

Employers can review application details, education context, CVs, LinkedIn links when available, and other profile information made available through the platform.

Does iCommunify Jobs offer talent search?

Yes, for Enterprise accounts. Enterprise supports searching student talent by name, university, or field of study, alongside broader enterprise-only targeting workflows.

Are university and club-member targeting features available to every employer?

No. Target specific universities and majors, plus target club members, are reserved for Enterprise customers.

How does employer verification work?

Employer onboarding checks company email domains and company details to keep the platform trustworthy for students and employer teams alike.

How do we get help with a custom setup?
